Main Responsibilities

Hiring & Onboarding
Post job openings, screen applicants, interview, and help new hires settle in.


Employee Support & Relations
Handle workplace issues, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work atmosphere.


Performance & Development
Conduct performance reviews, set goals, provide feedback, and arrange training and upskilling.


Compensation & Benefits
Manage salaries, insurance, perks, and benefits plans to remain competitive.


Policy & Compliance
Create or update HR policies and ensure adherence to labor laws.


HR Systems & Records
Maintain employee data, payroll, attendance, and effectively use HR software (HRIS, ATS).


Strategic HR & Engagement
Support HR initiatives aligned with business goals and help improve employee morale.

Design Brochures
Create informative and visually appealing HR brochures using templates and clear design elements.


Build Instagram Following
Promote the organization’s culture and HR services via Instagram to connect with employees and attract talent—combining HR and social strategy.


Encourage Google Reviews
Guide satisfied employees or clients to leave supportive reviews on Google, enhancing your organization’s reputation and discoverability.
