If Kelasaa offers or introduces paid services (e.g., premium job postings, featured listings, employer branding), the following refund terms apply:
All purchases of paid services are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise stated in this policy or required by law.
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
You were charged in error due to a technical issue.
The service was not delivered as described or failed to activate.
You cancel a recurring subscription within 48 hours of renewal (only applicable to future charges, not past payments).
