🧭 Job Summary

We are seeking a confident and persuasive female telesales executive to join our dynamic team in Hennur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using a prepared script
• Explain products/services and generate interest or leads
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain a customer database
• Handle customer queries in a polite and professional manner
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for lead coordination
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets

🎓 Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred
• Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service is a plus
• Fluency in Kannada and basic English/Hindi
• Only female candidates residing in or near Hennur preferred

🧠 Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive

🕒 Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday
• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Office- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
