We are a well-established chemical processing unit, recognized for our expertise in Thermosetting Resins, including advanced formulations like Unsaturated Polyester Resins and Dicyclopentadiene Polymers. As our operations continue to evolve, we are looking for an experienced professional to take charge of production shifts at our Bengaluru plant.

Position: Shift Chemist – Production Incharge Responsible for independently managing production shifts in a chemical plant handling thermosetting resins.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5 to 10 years in chemical manufacturing
• Specialized experience in processing Unsaturated Polyester Resins is mandatory
• Proven track record in managing plant operations, catalyst handling, and safety procedures

Candidate Profile:

• B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry or equivalent qualification
• Strong technical and leadership capabilities
• Ability to drive production efficiency and ensure product quality
• Clear communication skills and commitment to workplace safety
