Tele Calling

We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls or handling inbound calls to connect with potential or existing customers, answer queries, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Resolve customer complaints or forward them to the concerned department.
• Update customer databases and ensure all information is correct.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions.
